Under the theme of “New Youth, Saving Lives Around Us”, the competition included on-site exercises in pre-hospital first aid, basic use of firefighting equipment, and disaster prevention and reduction lectures. A total of 58 representative teams competed on the same stage, demonstrating their proficient emergency first aid knowledge and skills in simulated scenarios of traffic accidents, fires, earthquakes, campus stampedes, drowning incidents, and landslides displayed on 6 LED screens. The event showcased the solid self-help and mutual-aid abilities of young students in emergency rescue operations.
Our team consisted of 10 students, who were from the School of Physical Education and the School of Journalism and Communication.
